Whether you need to update your existing estate plan or start the process for the first time, we offer initial consultations at no charge to review your needs and then recommend a fixed fee plan for your consideration. We provide draft documents for your review and approval before finalizing your plan and setting an appointment to execute the documents. All of our clients may also elect to receive electronic copies of executed documents to share with their chosen agents/executors/trustees.
